Peak Performance

Achieve Optimal Operational Efficiency

Our cutting-edge golf course operations technology enables you to efficiently manage your course. Real-time GPS tracking and two-way messaging minimizes the need for rangers, so you can reduce labor costs and optimize the on-course experience.

How it works

Streamline Staffing.
Attract Lifelong Golfers.

Step 1: Render Your Course

Utilizing real-time satellite imagery, our team artistically renders the holes on your golf course for optimal accuracy.

Once the rendered images are approved, we’ll geofence your property for basic operations, landmark tee markers, front-middle-back of greens, and build other critical geofences.

We’ll ship the hardware, including 10” weatherproof touchscreen devices, universal cart mounting brackets, long-life batteries, and wall-mountable battery chargers.

In 4 hours or less, our team will install the GPS technology on your golf carts and then train your staff to streamline operations.

FAQ

Questions & Answers

Are the devices wired directly to my cart battery?

No, Reach Golfers’ GPS screens are self-powered via a long-life battery. Two batteries are included for each screen in your fleet, and during your normal operations of staging a cart with scorecard, pencil, and tees, you can swap a fresh battery. The benefit to this design is the portability and consistent source of power. Also, connecting to the OEM cart batteries and electrical system can cause cart issues and may void cart warranties.

Reach Golfers screens are rugged, durable, and 100% water resistant. They have been used by 40+ golf courses in all environments, including multiple severe weather climate zones from the deserts of Arizona to the harsh winters in the Midwest.

While cart kill is a common strategy for golf course operators, it’s also the number one frustration for golfers during a round. Reach Golfers screens utilize on-screen messaging and a loud, audible alarm that plays on repeat until the cart exits the restricted area. We have seen proof through studying cart history tracks during Cart Path Only days that this method effectively controls cart traffic for golfers who respect the rules of the course.

A course can be live in 2-4 weeks once a contract is signed, accounting for custom artistically rendered hole images and shipping. Once you have the devices on-site, our white-glove installation does the rest. Each screen takes about 20 to 30 seconds to mount. We’ve installed 82 carts in 2 hours, and courses are fully operational in about 4 hours, including charger setup, staff training and geofence checks.

Yes, ANY cart with a roof support bar, including all major OEM manufacturers.

You can access the control panel application and settings on your desktop or mobile browser. Secure access to designated staff with specific roles and restrictions are available to maximize the efficiency of your team.

No. Your course sets and confirms its own restricted-area geofences. Courses can add an outer-ring alert before a restricted area; it’s standard around greens, about 15 to 20 yards out, and works best where carts are strictly not allowed. When a cart enters the restricted area, the golfer sees an on-screen message and hears a loud, audible alarm that repeats until the cart leaves. Reach Golfers doesn’t use cart kill.

Screen and ad audio is off by default. The restricted-area alarm is controlled separately, so golfers still hear it when a cart enters a restricted zone.

No. Everything the golfer needs to see stays on screen at all times. Ads play in a small panel in the lower-right corner.

$30 per cart per month on a 4-year term, plus a one-time fee of about $4,000. Your total depends on the size of your cart fleet. The monthly price includes cart-mounted touchscreens with the power solution, two batteries per unit, charging stations, the software (pace of play, real-time fleet tracking, in-cart food and beverage ordering and reports), and a dedicated Customer Success Manager. The one-time fee covers a 3D geo-referenced rendering of your course (each hole plus a campus overview) that you co-own for your own marketing, hardware shipping, on-site installation, staff training and geofence checks.

Yes. Reach Golfers fits any golf cart brand, including E-Z-GO, Club Car and Yamaha. It runs on its own batteries and doesn’t wire into the cart, so it has no effect on cart warranties or fleet lease terms.

Yes. One Reach Golfers account can manage several courses.
